How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Due to health issues, the shop has begun shifting to print on demand products and digital products only. Please note that I can ONLY shop to the address on your order, and I am not responsible if your address is incorrect. Homestead Crafter is not in charge of shipping costs, as those come directly from the POD supplier. POD products are products which I design but which are prinited, packed and shipped by the printer for me, and those are usually only about a week's delay before shipment due to the production process and, currently, COVID-19. Please be aware that the covid crisis has caused significant delays in production and shipping, so please be patient during this horrible time for us all.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
I use Etsy to print my mailing labels so you are provided with a tracking number when I print the label out. The POD companies I work with provide a tracking number when your product(s) is/are shipped, and they provide that to you through me.

Sizes of each product are given in the descriptive and/or optional information.
Custom and personalized orders
Sorry, but no, I do not do custom or personalized orders due to the time involved and the potential for problems between you, the customer, and me, the shop.
What about VAT or import duties or similar?
Per Etsy's policies, those are up to you, the customer, to pay upon receipt of your order. If you don't want to pay VAT, etc., don't order internationally. It's that simple.
